Mr. Kishlay Rai co-founded Tricornio Technologies in 2006 with Mr. Ashish Kumar. With nearly two decades of leadership experience, he has been instrumental in conceptualizing and executing major events and exhibitions for key Government of India ministries including Textiles, Education, Chemicals & Fertilizers, as well as Export Promotion Councils and PSUs like IFFCO, KRIBHCO, DTTDA, and NCUL. His expertise lies in government liaison, event strategy, and seamless project delivery across diverse sectors. He has been instrumental in planning and executing national and international exhibitions and events, building strong government partnerships and delivering high-impact industry platforms.
M. Harikrishnan
Director – Ace Marketing & Trade FairsWith over 20 years of experience in the exhibition industry, Mr. Harikrishnan specializes in organizing pharmaceutical trade fairs, buyer delegations, and B2B seminars. He has led delegations to major international pharma exhibitions in Germany, China, Vietnam, Malaysia, UAE, and Europe.
He has closely worked with leading pharmaceutical associations and government bodies such as IDMA (India), IPA, MOPI – Malaysian Organisation of Pharmaceutical Industries, VPMCA – Vietnam Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association, CCCMHPIE (China), FOPE, UCIMA (Italy) and others, promoting the pharmaceutical industry on a global stage.
He also has experience in exhibitions across aviation and process engineering, working with global brands like Airbus, Boeing, KSB, Kirloskar, and L&T.
Esmeralda Ablyaeva
Director – Expo Tour GroupActive in the pharmaceutical industry since 2016, Ms. Esmeralda specializes in coordinating international buyer delegations and one-to-one B2B meetings. She works extensively with Pharmexcil, facilitating buyer-seller meets and trade collaborations in India, Turkey, Hong Kong, and CIS/Eurasian countries including Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Russia.
She plays a key role in connecting international buyers with Indian pharmaceutical manufacturers, fostering business partnerships and supporting export growth.
